She began with a 40 Hz protocol but developed anxiety by the second week. The protocol was adjusted to alternate between Beta rhythms (15 Hz and 16 Hz) for four months, with Alpha at 10 Hz added in the afternoons based on low relative power shown in her qEEG.

Peace was continued in the evenings.
